More than 80% of Russia's able-bodied population do not have a skills and competencies to work in modern markets.
17% of the population are engaged in highly skilled work (1.5 times lower than in Japan or the USA, 1.7 times less than in Germany, twice lower than Singapore and 2.6 times higher in the UK)
35% of the population are employed in low-skilled jobs
Most often, Russian citizens work as drivers (7.1%), sellers (6.8%) and security guards (1.9%)
91% of Russian employers believe that graduates lack practical skills
The difference in pay for a driver and a doctor in Russia is 20% (in Germany - 174%, in the USA - 261%, in Brazil - 172%).
More than 30% of the population work in state sector
The number of officials increased from 2.4 million in 1995 to 5.3 million in 2015
In small business, 15% of the population is employed (40% in India, 52% in Brazil, 63% in Germany and 80% in China)
According to the criterion of attractiveness for talents, Russia occupies the 107th place out of 118
The values of growth in the Russian Federation are shared by only 2% of the population against 24% in Western Europe and 32% in the US
98% of the population prefer stability, not growth opportunities
The share of technologically innovative companies in the country is less than 1%, and they do not influence a labor market
There are only 1 industrial robot per 10,000 workers against 531 in South Korea, 176 in the USA and 49 in China.
